Our Services
By submitting an order and/or making the payment you are purchasing a product for your personal and non-commercial use only. The products are drafted by freelance writers who have given away the right to the drafted papers to the website. We may find more information on our services in the “How is Works” page. You are obliged to read the “How it Works” page prior to placing an order or making a payment.
Please be aware that all new clients have to verify their Order over the phone. Hence, you are obliged to provide your correct phone number for the Company to be able to contact you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse service to the customers.
Refunds
The products are refundable only in certain cases as stated in the “refund policy”. Please view this for additional information regarding refunds. Please bear in mind that if you have paid any VAT as well as the processing charges are non-refundable.

After you fill in the form then the payment will be calculated automatically according to your order. The deadline will be calculated after the payment has been made.
Fees and Payments
Please note that the prices mentioned does not include the VAT and other payment processing charges which may also depend on the type of payment method that you choose and the quantity of your order.
If Customer requires a type of work which cannot be classified as a regular type of services which are provided on the Company's Website or if Customer requires the finished Product to be amended in a way that is inconsistent with the initial Order instructions, Company may set own rate for delivery of the Service.
The customer is required to pay for the order in advance, provided that we are apply to provide them with a suitable freelance writer. If we are unable to find the right freelance writer but the payment has already been made, then a full refund will be made. Please check out the refund policy for more details on this.
Delivery of Completed Product
Upon completion of the paper the customer will have the option to approve the paper or send it for revision. The revision for the paper is dependent on the revision policy mentioned on the website.
If the customer does not receive the finished paper within the specific deadline, then they can also ask for a refund as per the refund policy available on the website. Our company will not be liable if there is a delay is delivery or failure in providing the products due to any malfunction of the customer’s web-servers or the customer’s internet service provider.
